Pet Policy

At Mainline Living, we understand the significance of animals in our lives and consider them members of the family – that's why all Mainline Living communities are pet-friendly!

For the safety and comfort of all residents, restrictions on large dog breeds are in place – all dogs must be under 50 lbs. and 20 inches in height. Unfortunately, large breeds such as American Bull Dogs, Pitbull Terriers, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Akitas, and Huskies are not accepted in our communities. Additionally, all dogs must have a valid city license, and be spayed or neutered.

These restrictions are in place to ensure that all residents feel comfortable and safe in their home. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and are happy to work with you to find the perfect new home for you and your furry friend.
